I made my debut in the First Division when I was 16 years old and from then on I realized the importance of everything that surrounds professional football that is not football and that I had no idea how to manage it at that age. Media impact, expectations created, media, tax issues... today I am aware of all this and that is why we created the PLAYER SERVICE department, to manage all the needs of the players so that they only have to think about playing.
At the beginning of my career I was able to achieve certain goals or objectives in a quick but not easy way, but I was wrong thinking that it would always be like this. Now I can understand that apart from working hard, it is very important to set the times well in order to achieve the set objectives and for them to last over time.
In addition to the main sporting issue, getting the greatest economic performance from the careers of our players is one of the pillars of action as a company and having had a professional career of more than 18 years allows me to have solid contacts today. both in Spain and abroad to achieve the goals set by the footballer both at a sporting and economic level. This currently allows us to have players spread across different countries who can meet their sporting and economic expectations.
We know how important it is to be close to the player both on a professional and personal level, which is why we try to spend a large part of our time with them, which means that we spend a lot of time traveling and living with them, this helps us Being able to know first-hand their hopes or concerns as well as their sleeping, eating or behavioral habits... and being able to improve them if necessary, since every detail counts.

I left my house when I was 14 years old on my way to Barcelona, a moment that I remember happily but that had difficult moments since it is not easy to separate yourself from your family and play with such a high level of demand that I was not used to at that age. All this experience serves me today to be able to help young players and their families to be able to manage similar situations and understand what the exact moment may be to make certain decisions.
I know what it's like to work hard and achieve a high individual performance and for that not to be accompanied by a real commitment from the club I belonged to and consequently having to continue my career in another club, that helps me understand the importance of have solutions at all times to the different situations that we may encounter and not wait for them to occur but rather anticipate and be prepared.
Football gave me the opportunity to get to know different countries, clubs and colleagues who today are part of my network of contacts with whom I have complete confidence to work hand in hand with them and know the importance of managing different markets to respond to our players. This has also given us the possibility of intermediating in different operations at an international level.
My career ended earlier than I would have liked due to the injuries that caused me to retire prematurely, which is why today I value the importance of having a well-planned career that allows us to have the safest possible future. A lot of value to all the people who work at IG Dreams so that this future is the best possible.
